How It Works

Step 1 : Tell us the tasks you’d like your Medical and Dental Virtual Assistant to handle
Step 2 : We will send you candidates to choose from
Step 3 : Select your Medical and Dental Virtual Assistant to assign the task you want them to have to do

The same Medical Virtual Assistant and Dental Virtual Assistant will work in your practice daily during your regular office hours or whatever hours you set.

All our Medical and Dental Virtual Assistants get a referral check and a professional healthcare office training in all the basic tasks. Our Virtual Assistants will be accommodating to the clients’ particular needs.

A Medical Virtual Assistant can:

  • Answer your phone lines and schedule appointments virtually, since their phone can be linked to your practice’s phone line.
  • Be trained to do nearly any job in your office, as long as it does not require face-to-face interaction with a patient.
  • Have full remote access to your computer system and Electronic Health Records so that they can call no show appointments or verify the appointments, upload documents, verify insurance benefits, conduct prior authorizations, schedule tests, make appointments with specialist, send medical notes to specialists, do referral, notify patients and perform many other tasks just like an on-site employee.

Typical Daily Workflow

  1. The typical day likely starts a morning check-in chat about tasks for the day with you, your office manager or administrative lead.
  2. Then, your Medical Virtual Assistant starts daily work. They’re trained to complete their work independently – just like your current employees as long as it doesn’t require face to face in person interaction with the patients.
  3. At the end of the day, the Medical Virtual Assistant log off, unless you need them to stay later. Their hours are your hours!
